Terms of use

Updated: 17 September 2026

These are the terms of use for the Telegram bot and Mini App for event sign-ups. By using the bot you agree to what is written below. If any of it does not work for you, simply do not use the service.

What this service is

The bot helps organise sign-ups for events: it posts a card in the chat, keeps the participant list and the waitlist, sends reminders and tracks attendance. It is free to use.

The service is run by an individual developer. It is not a company, not a support desk, and comes with no guaranteed response time.

Rules of use

By using the bot you agree not to:

  • impersonate other people or sign anyone up without their knowledge;
  • post other people's personal data, abuse, advertising or any unlawful content through the bot;
  • automate taps and requests in a way that degrades the service for others;
  • attempt to access data of chats and people you have nothing to do with.

The organiser's responsibility

The event itself — venue, time, cost, cancellation and everything else — is entirely up to the organiser who created it. The bot only displays what the organiser entered and takes no part in arrangements between participants.

Money

The bot does NOT accept or transfer payments. If an event has a cost, the bot merely divides it among those signed up and shows “≈ X per person” — that is arithmetic and nothing more. Who paid whom and how much is settled between participants, and the bot knows nothing about it.

The service is provided “as is”

We do our best to keep the bot running, but we do not promise continuous availability, data preservation, or that every notification will arrive. Telegram may throttle message delivery, the server may go down, and data may be lost to a failure.

So do not rely on the bot as the single source of truth about an important event: the card in the chat is visible to everyone and stays there even if a reminder never arrived.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for losses or inconvenience caused by the bot being unavailable, by data loss, by an undelivered notification, or by the actions of other users — to the extent such a limitation is permitted by applicable law.

Your data

Which personal data is processed, why, and how to delete it is described in the privacy policy (link at the bottom of your profile). You can delete your data yourself: send the /privacy command to the bot in a direct message.

Changes and termination

These terms may change: the “updated” date at the top always shows the current version. We may restrict access to the service or discontinue it — for example, if the rules above are broken. You, in turn, may stop using the bot and delete your data at any time.
