Clients book while you cut
No answering the phone with clippers in hand: a client opens your link, picks a time, and you get a message.
For barbers and hairdressers
Short answer: create a page in @DockerVisitBot with your services — haircut, beard, colouring — and your working hours. Put the link in your Instagram bio or send it to a chat: clients pick a free time themselves while you work, you get a message, they get a reminder. Free; clients need only Telegram.
This is how a new booking arrives in the bot
No answering the phone with clippers in hand: a client opens your link, picks a time, and you get a message.
Start times every 15, 30 or 60 minutes — a 30-minute cut fits right after the previous one. A break between clients, from 5 to 30 minutes, if you need to tidy up.
Remind the client to book again 3–4 weeks after a haircut — the bot offers the same service, and “Book again” takes one tap.
A client adds a second service to the booking — the bot finds time for the whole visit.
Reminders with “I’ll be there” and “Can’t make it”, no-shows marked in the booking — and you can stop accepting bookings from a specific client.
A secret subscription link for Google or Apple Calendar: new bookings appear there on their own (Google refreshes every few hours).
An example — you write the names, duration and prices yourself. Free slots are calculated from the length of each service and your working hours.
Name, services with prices and duration, working hours. Two minutes, right in Telegram.
In your Instagram bio, Telegram channel or straight in a chat with a client.
They pick a free slot — you get a message, they get a confirmation and a reminder.

Create a salon page (Profile → “I run a salon”): one price list, barbers join via an invite link, and clients pick a barber or “anyone available”. Each barber sees only their own bookings and clients; the owner and administrators see the whole shop. Free, up to 20 members.
Add the booking to your schedule yourself, even outside working hours. A client without Telegram — by name and phone number.
In working hours add a second interval to the same day — say, 10:00–14:00 and 15:00–20:00: bookings are closed during lunch.
Yes: the minimum notice is set in Booking rules, from none to 2 days (2 hours by default).
The bot works for anyone who sees clients by appointment — personal trainers, photographers, tattoo artists, speech therapists and many more.
Create a page in a couple of minutes and send the link to your first client.
