What you get
Online, in any time zone
Turn on “I work online”: times are labelled with your time zone, so a client abroad knows exactly when the session is.
Only you see your clients
On your own page, client names, bookings and your notes are visible only to you. The bot asks for a phone number only if you turn it on.
Only by your link, if you prefer
Turn off Show in the catalog — the page is opened only by those you gave the link to.
Each booking with your confirmation
Manual mode: a new booking arrives as a request, and you decide. While you decide, the time is held.
Reminders before the session
Up to three, from 30 minutes to a week before; the client answers “I’ll be there” or “Can’t make it”.

Questions
Will other specialists see that a person books a psychologist?
No. On your own page, your clients and their bookings are visible only to you. The visit statistics other specialists see contain only numbers — visits, no-shows and late cancellations — without services or specialists’ names.
Can I forbid cancelling less than 24 hours before?
No: a client can cancel at any time before the start. Late cancellations of a confirmed booking (less than 2 hours before) appear in their statistics, and your cancellation policy can go in the service description.
Is it suitable for online consultations?
Yes. Turn on “I work online” — clients find you under the “Online” filter, and those in other countries see the time labelled with your time zone.
How much does it cost?
It’s free for you and your clients. The bot doesn’t take payments — payment for sessions is arranged between you and the client.
