Questions

Can I take a deposit for a booking?

No, the bot doesn’t handle money. To protect your time, turn on manual confirmation and check the client’s visit statistics in the request; you can stop accepting bookings from an unreliable client.

How long should I set for a service?

As long as it really takes you: from 15 minutes to 2 hours in one tap, longer — via “Other”. Free slots are calculated from the duration, your hours and the break between clients.

I rent a chair in a salon — will it work?

Yes. Your own page and link stay yours, made from your own Telegram account. If the salon has a salon page in the bot, you can join it by its invite link too: clients book you there, and your time is shared between the salon and your own page — no double bookings. The salon sees your salon bookings, and only “busy” for your own ones.

Will clients find me without the link?

Yes: in the bot’s catalog under the “Nails” category and your city. You can turn this off in the page settings — the link keeps working.
