Questions
Do I need a licence to create a page?
The bot is a booking tool: the specialist is responsible for the services and any permits they require — as the terms of use say. Check what your country requires for the treatments you offer.
Can I hide a treatment I don’t offer right now?
Yes: in the workspace, under Services, a service can be hidden from clients and shown again later.
Can I hide the text of a review?
Yes. The rating stays, and the text of a review can be hidden from your page.
What about clients who don’t use Telegram?
Online booking works only through Telegram. A client without Telegram can be added by you — by name and phone number.
