A break between clients
Set 5 to 30 minutes to change the linen and air the room — clients can’t book right after the previous client.
For massage therapists
Short answer: create a page in @DockerVisitBot with your massages, their length and prices, and your working hours. Send the link to clients or put it in your bio: they pick a free time, you get a message, they get a reminder before the session. The break between clients is kept automatically. Free; clients install nothing.
This is how a new booking arrives in the bot
Set 5 to 30 minutes to change the linen and air the room — clients can’t book right after the previous client.
A client comes every week? Set a series yourself — every week or every two weeks, up to 12 sessions. The client gets one message with all the dates; busy dates are skipped and shown to you.
Private notes in the client’s card — areas to avoid, preferred pressure — and the full visit history. On your own page, only you see them.
When booking, a client can leave a comment — say, “first time, my neck hurts” — and you see it in the booking.
Remind the client to book again after the interval you set — the bot offers the same massage, unless the client has already booked.
A day and 2 hours before by default, with “I’ll be there” and “Can’t make it”.
An example — you write the names, duration and prices yourself. Free slots are calculated from the length of each service and your working hours.
