Online booking for your whole salon — right in Telegram

Short answer: create a salon page in @DockerVisitBot, add your services and invite your team. Clients open one link, choose a specialist or anyone available, and pick a free time. The owner and administrators manage the salon; each specialist sees their own bookings. Free for the salon, the team and clients.

What you get

One link for the whole salon

Put your salon’s booking link in Instagram, your Telegram channel or a message. Clients see the services, prices and specialists together, without collecting everyone’s personal links.

A favourite specialist or anyone available

A client can choose a specialist, or choose a service and see times when someone who provides it is free. The booking is always assigned to one specialist.

One person, one busy schedule

A booking on a specialist’s personal page also blocks that time in the salon. Their bookings, personal time and days off across their pages are taken into account; working hours can differ by location.

Bookings and requests in Telegram

Choose instant or manual confirmation. The specialist, owner and administrators receive new bookings and requests in the bot; a request can be confirmed directly in the message.

An appointment book for the administrator

See the team’s day, add clients who called, reschedule visits and record cancellations. The owner and administrators can manage bookings for any specialist in the salon.

Reminders for clients

Before a visit, the bot sends reminders with “I’ll be there” and “Can’t make it”. Clients can open their booking to cancel or reschedule; the specialist and salon managers receive the updates.

An example of your salon’s price list

You set the names, duration and prices, then assign the specialists who provide each service. Clients see only services available from the team.

Who sees and manages what

Owner

Creates the salon, invites the team, manages the price list and has access to all salon bookings. The owner can take appointments too, or only manage the salon.

Administrator

Manages the salon’s bookings, services and specialists. An administrator does not need their own working hours or client appointments.

Specialist

Sees their own schedule, bookings and clients in the salon. Their personal page remains separate: salon managers see personal appointments only as busy time, without client details.

How to start taking bookings for your salon

  1. Create the salon page

Open the bot’s Mini App and go to Profile → “I run a salon — create a salon page”. Enter the name, category, city, address and booking link. You do not need to create a personal page first.

  2. Add services and invite your team

In the salon workspace, add the price list and send the invite link to your specialists. Assign services to each specialist and set their working hours. You can appoint an administrator too.

  3. Share your salon’s link

Put it in your bio or send it to clients. They choose a service, a specialist or anyone available, then a free time. New bookings arrive in Telegram.

Questions

How much does it cost for the whole team?

Free for the owner, administrators, specialists and clients: no subscription or booking commission. A salon can have up to 20 team members. The bot does not process payments or deposits.

Does the owner need to take appointments?

No. The owner can manage the salon without their own schedule. If they also see clients, they can enable “I take clients too” when creating the salon or later in its settings.

Can an administrator manage the salon without being a specialist?

Yes. Invite them and assign the administrator role. They can manage the team and bookings without providing services themselves.

What if a specialist also takes clients independently?

They can keep their own page and join the salon. A booking in either place makes the time unavailable in the other. The salon sees personal appointments only as busy time, without client names or services.

What does “anyone available” mean?

The client chooses a service and sees free times across specialists who provide it. The bot assigns the booking to an available specialist and shows the client who they are booked with.

Does this replace a full salon management system?

The bot handles appointment booking, schedules, clients, reminders and visit statistics. It does not include inventory, payroll, payments or deposits. It suits salons that need booking inside Telegram without introducing a complex management system.

Other specialists

The bot works for anyone who sees clients by appointment — personal trainers, photographers, tattoo artists, speech therapists and many more.
